As state capital bureau chief for the NBC-TV affiliate KCWY in Cheyenne, Wyo., Andrew also shot stories for the network on the Western energy industry. He previously worked as a reporter for WSPX-TV in Syracuse, N.Y. He produced daily videos at the 2009 global warming talks in Copenhagen and at the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, managed TV coverage of the Dalai Lama for the Mind and Life Institute, and created video animations of sea-level rise for Clean Air-Cool Planet. He graduated from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, with a BS in Broadcast Journalism.
