Gina Andersen

Known for wearing many hats and thriving in any environment, Gina has a talent for crafting processes and procedures to streamline success.

Gina started her career with over 15 years in international media sales, where she honed her skills in relationship-building and management on a global scale and averaged over $3 million in annual sales. Driven by a passion to combat climate change, she co-founded Climate People, a climate technology recruiting firm. Here she led all back-office support, including operations, human resources, contracts, finance and accounting. She now does the same for RenewComm.

Gina earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at Hofstra University, where she was treasurer of her Sigma Delta Tau sorority.

Outside of work, Gina enjoys quality time with her husband, two teenagers, and their dog, Pepper. An avid reader and Peloton enthusiast, Gina balances her professional drive with a love for fitness and family life.
