Alexis Phillips

Alexis Phillips is a technical writer and editor with deep-rooted experience in the renewable energy sector. Equipped with a Master’s in Renewable Energy Engineering and Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, she brings over eight years of industry experience, including project management roles in cleantech and solar microgrid startups.

Alexis specializes in crafting knowledgeable and insightful content tailored to the renewable energy market. She excels at translating complex technical concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand material, whether for white papers, blogs, magazine articles, brochures, or press releases. Beyond writing, she also offers content strategy consulting to position companies as thought leaders in the sustainability space. 

Alexis joins us from San Jose, Costa Rica (on U.S. Mountain Time), where she spends her free time exploring the pristine nature, from scouting out waterfalls and snorkeling reefs to hiking through rainforests with her Shepsky, Artemis. Her main passion is traveling, having visited over 30 countries while living in five of them.
